In a sauce pan add 1 cup water and grated ginger and boil till it reduces to 1/3rd of it's volume
Mix sugar and 1 cup water in a mixing bowl
Add added ginger water to it,let it cool
Once cool ,keep I. Refrigerator for 30mins
Strain the syrup to glass ,add soda,add ice cubes and mix
Garnish with lemon ring and mint leaves
